online WOrship

During this time of transition we will continue to post our worship service online. This will allow for those who are not able to gather with us to continue to participate. We do not want anyone to feel pressured to return at this time if you feel uncomfortable doing so or if you have a compromised immune system or are at high risk. This service will be recorded on Thursday evening and posted by 3:00 pm on Saturday.

You will find the attendance card just below the video. We ask that you fill it out to help us see who is joining us. Below the attendance card is a place where you can give electronically. We hope that you respond to the call to worship, sing during the songs, and read your Bibles during the reading. We have also provided an archive of the other online services at the bottom of this page.

Advent is upon us! A time of anticipation and expectation as we count down the days to the coming of Christmas. But we can rush through the season, eager just to get to that special day, and forget to “advent” during Advent. We should be experiencing the waiting, the yearning. During these weeks, Christians are to feel the anticipation, the drama and suspense of awaiting God’s action in our lives. For the Israelites, from Moses on, that anticipation focused on the coming of the Messiah, the One whom God would send to free the people from the brokenness of the world. During that time, looking forward to salvation meant looking forward with Hope, with Peace, with Love, and with Joy. Advent anticipation is not just waiting, it is not just passing the time. Advent anticipation is filled with a godly hope, experiences a peaceful satisfaction of soul, immersed in divine love, and overflowing with heartfelt joy.

In addition to our online services, our current in-person service times are:

Thursday, 7:00 pm – Barclay Building

Sunday, 9:30 am – Barclay Building

Sunday, 11:00 am – Sanctuary

Christmas Eve services

Our plan is to hold 4 on-site worship services on Christmas Eve this year.

A 4:00 pm service will be held in the Barclay for families with young children.

Services will be held at 7:00 and 9:00 pm - in the Sanctuary at 7:00 and 9:00 pm and in the Barclay at 7:00 pm. (A service will also be posted online.) The reason for the simultaneous services at 7:00 pm is the need to allow for social distancing. With that in mind, we are asking that you pre-register your intention to attend. Please click here to register.

Tickets will not be required - this is only so we can plan. If you find out later that you can or can't attend that is okay. We are asking that everyone remains masked throughout the service. We look forward to worshipping with you!

Because we are in this season of scatteredness, we want to be as connected as we can be with our congregation. Please take the time to fill out this attendance card, and let us know of any needs. You can add multiple people to a single card by clicking "add another who is here."
